Our Return or Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept returns or exchange on any item that you are not completely satisfied. All requests for returns or exchange must be made within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. Postmarks and delivery confirmation will be used to validate return dates. All merchandise held for more than 5 days without requesting a return authorization number, will be considered acceptable and the sale will be final.
To request a return or exchange, you MUST email us PRIOR TO MAILING YOUR MERCHANDISE for a return authorization number and mailing address. You will be issued a return or exchange authorization number, which you will then write on your receipt, and include it with your returned merchandise. All return or exchange requests must be made no later than 5 days from receipt of the merchandise. Requests made after 5 days will not be honored. We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that has been clearly worn, (danced in) soiled, washed, torn, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
If you return the product the cost of the shipping will be not refunded. If
you exchange the cost of the shipping must be paid again. Request an RA#

Ordering Questions
All orders received are shipped out within 24 hours of your transaction which means your merchandise will get to you faster. (Due to US Postal business hours, all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday morning.) All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail,
which is included in our basic shipping charges U$4.30. For International order
plus U$10.00. If you have special questions
