When applying and caring for your Yoga® compression garment at home, please follow these instructions carefully.

Your Yoga® girdle is a medical device, designed and manufactured to help provide you with good cosmetic results.

Yoga® garments are designed for easy application; however, since this garment is a medical product, we ask that you follow all instructions carefully for best results.

To apply your Yoga® garment at home: If you have just showered, be certain that you are completely dry before applying your Yoga® garment.

1- You need to dress your Yoga® garment carefully

2- If it gets to twist, does not try to fix your garment. Take it off and put it again.

3- Please, remove all jewelry before dressing the garment.

4- Use the right size. The garment must not be too tight for it has to make massage at the body.

5- You must use your garment daily.

6- The natural opening provides easy and comfortable personal hygiene.

Laundering

1. Yoga® recommends that you hand wash your garment in lukewarm water with a mild soap; don’t twist.

2.  Please do not dry your garment in an electric or gas dryer, this may ruin the garment.

3. After using the product, you must wash it with neutral or glycerin soap, not having to be rubbed. Take out the water surplus with a towel. Let it dry in the shade. After dried, put it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes. (The natural fiber needs to be hydrated. Your Yoga® never will lost elasticity).

It is most efficient to have two sets of pressure garments, one to wear while the other is being hand washed and air dried.
